An official, certified copy, of the Imperial decree of Napoleon, given in Moscow on September 21st, 1812, awarding the Commander`s decoration of the order to Major Besnard, of the 24th dragoons regiment and to the Baron Demarcay, "commandant de la Legion d`Honneur", signed by the duke of Cadore,Grand Chancellor of the Order.Very interesting and rare.II- R!
