1st Class (Grand Cross) Set of the Order with Swords. Sash Badge, 114 x 51 mm, in gilt Silver and white enamel, centre medallion with golden cyrillic inscription on translucent red enamel, within white enameled outer circlet with the order’s motto, the reverse centre medallion with date of institution, ornamented upper loop, linked to the crossed swords (their reverse, finely engraved) and the suspension crown, with red enameled inner cap, original, red sash. Breast Star, 89 mm, with Silver, smooth rays, golden, red enameled centre medallion, within white enameled outer circlet bearing the Order’s motto and laurel branches, diamond-cut decorative borders, the whole, superimposed by golden, crossed swords, the reverse, with vertical, tapering pin. A beautiful, very rare set, probably of Austrian manufacture, excellent condition. I RR!
