Breast Star, 93x62 mm, partially gilt Silver, maker`s mark "LATTES", superimposed parts enameled, reverse with long vertical pin and two side hooks, In original case of issue with Arabic maker's mark and with gilt crowned weapon on the lid, awarded to an Italian official.
