Neck Badge, 60x55 mm, Silver, with white enameled arms, flanked by polished beams, the lower arms with stylized spur, with rotating wheel, blue enameled centre medallion with applied image of the saint within golden outer circlet with polished inscription and chiseled details, the reverse, with blue enameled medallion, with golden roman numeral "MDCCCXlI", decorated upper loop, link ring and grooved suspension ring, original neck ribbon.
