Grand Cross Set for Ladies, insitituted in 1967. Breast Badge, 68x60 mm., gilt Silver, enameled, superimposed parts silver gilt with pearls, reverse center enameled, original suspension device and sash with bow for ladies. Breast Star, 70 mm., gilt Silver, enameled, superimposed parts silver gilt with pearls, reverse center enameled with tapered vertical pin. In original case of issue with ribbon bar and gilt tie pin with gilt inscription on the lid. This Order was awarded to the President of the French Senate in 2008 and comes with a hand written letter of confirmation. A very rare and attractive set in best condition, awarded to Chiefs of States! I RR!
