Numerary Commander’s Breast Star, 80x75 mm, Silver cross flanked by fleurs-de-lys, chiselled with a fine diamond-cut pattern, the arms with blue enameled details in Gold, oval centre medallion with the blue enameled monogram “C” within green enameled wreath in gold and blue enameled outer circlet oval, the reverse fitted with, vertical, round pin, struck with the jeweler’s mark of G. Yraburo, in its original, red morocco, octagonal case, its inner, lined wit ivory silk and velvet. An attractive star from the mid-19th Century in the finest quality, typical of this manufacturer, excellent condition. I
