Medal of Queen D. Amelia

Also known as the Overseas Campaign Medal, 37x32 mm., Gold, the obverse with the bust of Queen D. Amelia, to the right, the engraver’s signature “F. COSTA”, the reverse with laurel and oak branches and the inscription “CAMPANHAS / DO / ULTRAMAR”, spherical loop and round suspension ring, original ribbon with two gilt campaign bars “HUMBE–1898” and “TIMOR–1895”, the top of the ribbon, fitted with “French-type” suspension bar.
An extremely rare medal in Gold, also for the two campaign bars, excellent condition. I RR!
