The Royal Hungarian high Chivalric Order of St. Stephen, the Apostolic King

Tie pin with the obverse centre medallion taken from a jeweled, early cross of the order, 15 mm, round medallion, set with rubies and three emeralds below, overlying, thin double cross set with diamonds rising from a golden crown, sided by the initials “M” and “T”, in a gold capsule and fitted with reverse, vertical pin.
An interesting piece, using part of one of the most rare insignia of the Austro-Hungarian monarchy; excellent condition. I R!
