The medallion on the obverse with Romanian coat of arms, the reverse medallion with the inscription Serviciu Credincios (Loyal Service). Breast Star, 82 mm, gilt Silver, rhombus shaped, hallmarked "925", superimposed parts, enameled, on the reverse medium pin.In original case of issue with inscription on the lid. Very rare and mint state! I RR!
