Grand Cross Set, 1st Class. Sash Badge in GOLD, maker’s mark “Lattes”, one side enameled, central medallion GOLD, enameled, original suspension crown and sash. Breast Star, 82 mm, gilt Silver and GOLD, partially enameled, maker’s mark “LATTES”, multipart construction, reverse with long horizontal pin and two side long hooks, in case of issue by “Lattes – Cairo” with gilt coat of arms of Egypt and Arabic number 1 on the lid.
