Breast Star, 85 mm, Silver, enameled with pin and two side hooks on reverse, in original case of issue by "Joseph Resch, Bucarest", with monogram of Kinf Carol I on the lid. A very rare set of French fabrication, of the highest jeweler's quality and in extremely fine condition! RR! I
