Order of the Pillars Of State

2nd Class Badge of the order (this class was worn as a breast star only): gilt Silver, smooth rays; the centre in gilt silver with elements of symbolic meaning, enameled details and 12 pearls (one, damaged); reverse with Chinese inscriptions and retaining nuts (two, missing); vertical, round ring and two side hooks; in the original, octagonal, black lacquer fitted case of issue with Chinese inscription on the lid. A very rare class of this order, awarded in a very limited number, by the “Chinese” puppet government under Japanese control.
