1st Class Sultan’s Medal for Egypt, 1801, in GOLD (Vak’a-i Misriye Madalyası)

Large, GOLD medal, the obverse with the Sultan’s tughra within owers and bows, the date “1801” at the base; the reverse with Crescent and 8-pointed Star within owers and bows; with original chain-and-hook suspension, with pale, faded, original silk ribbon.
