Sash Badge, 90 x 57 mm., gilt Silver, as a red enameled white bordered 5-armed cross flanked by green enameled palm wreath, centre medallion in gold with the polychrome enameled portrait of the Sultan. Within white enameled outer circlet, green enameled, reverse centre medallion bearing the Sultan’s Tughra, trapezoidal upper loop to which a gilt laurel wreath is mounted, sphaerical loop and round link ring and grooved suspension ring, with the original, silk sash. Breast Star, 91 x 86 mm., chiseled Silver, the centre as a gold medallion depicting the Sultan, in polychrome enamel within white enameled outer circlet, the reverse with vertical pin and maker’s cartouche of Messrs. Fayolle, Paris.
