Honour Badge with the Royal portrait of Rama V

Silver, 44 mm., oval enamel miniature image of King Chulalongkorn (Rama V) in uniform, wearing orders and medals enclosed in an open-work Silver frame with chiseled and engraved ornamentation, the reverse countermedallion wanting, original suspension loop. An extremely rare badge, awarded by the King, as a special grace, to Princesses and the nobility, excellent condition. I- RR!
