enameled, oval escutcheon with Serbian arms, white enameled, oval centre medallion with miniature-painted image of the Saint wearing red robes, pale blue enameled outer circlet with cyrillic inscription in golden lettering, the reverse, showing the elaborate work of the jeweler; white enameled centre medallion with separately-made cypher of “Milan I”, within pale blue enameled outer circlet with golden, stylized laurel wreath; palm shaped upper loop to which is hinged the golden, Royal crown, with original ribbon.
