Breast Star, 77 mm, gilt Silver, centre medallion enameled, framed in gold, white enameled scroll with inscription, horizontal pin on reverse, in original case of issue by ""SAM"", with gilt weapon on the lid, together with miniature star and lapel hole rosette. Very rare and attractive set! I RR!
