Order of Saint Stanislas

Commander's Cross. Neck Badge, 49x45 mm, GOLD, four-armed cross made of pink gold, with red enamel to the obverse, flanked by yellow gold eagles with spreaded wings, white enameled centre medallion with red, miniature-painted order`s monogram, within golden outer circlet, enriched with green enameled laurel wreath, smooth, polished reverse, with white enameled centre medallion, similar to the obverse`s one, ornamented upper loop, its ring, struck with Russian gold marks, one bearing the year 1852, gold-wire, doubled ribbon ring and original, silk neck ribbon. A very rare and superb decoration, of the early 19th Century in mint condition. I RR!
