A very rare badge of the best workmanship, in mint condition. I RR!
The order with swords was awarded for merits in time of war and the 1st Class was given to the highest ranking commanders of the Serbian Army and its allies; the firm of Arthus Bertrand in Paris was charged to produce its insignia, because any connection with Austria was closed at the outbreak of war in 1914.
