Breast Star with smooth arms and enameled centre medallion, the reverse with double, vertical pin with safety-catch and maker`s escutcheon of Spink & Son, London, in the original, deep-blue morocco case of issue with gold-embossed coat of arms on the lid, inner cushion with maker`s mark of Spink & Son, London.
