Grand Cross Set, 1st Class, instituted in 1915. Sash Badge, 80x61 mm., GOLD, struck with the maker’s name of Lattes, Cairo, one-side enameled, gold crown suspension, long sash. Breast Star, GOLD and Silver, 81 mm., with chiseled, silver rays, superimposed with the Order’s badge in gold and enamel, the reverse, with convex counter-medallion, struck with the maker’s name of Lattes, Cairo, one of the centre’s tips, struck with Egypt’s gold marks.
