Grand Officer’s Set, 3rd Type, awarded after 1903. Neck Badge, 86x52 mm, in gilt Silver, with white enameled, blue bordered arms, flanked by gilt, Serbian double eagles with enameled escutcheon, oval centre medallion with the image of the Saint wearing green robes, blue enameled outer circlet with inscription in gold lettering, reverse medallion with gilt year “1883” on white enameled field, within the blue enameled outer circlet with gilt laurel leaves, ornamented suspension loop, hinged, royal crown and suspension ring, original ribbon. Breast Star, 80 mm, with diamond-cut, chiseled rays, superimposed with the gilt silver and enameled order`s cross, the image of the Saint, also wearing green robes, the reverse with vertical pin, in case of issue, with gilt inscription on the lid, by "Kovnica Sorlini, Varazdin".
A superb set, of very rare fabrication, in extremely fine condition. I
