Breast Star, 90 mm., Silver, French hallmarked "eagle's head", maker's mark "Fayolle-Pouteau - Paris", with chiseled and pierced rays, green enameled intermediate rays, centre medallion with a very fine enameled miniature, representing the couching lion and a rising sun, reverse pin and two hooks.An extremely rare star of best French manufacture, dating to the second half of 19th Century, in prefect condition.
