means of tiny rivets, original ring and superb large old ribbon. Breast Star, 84 mm, GOLD and Silver, maker's maek "Lemaitre, Paris", gilt chiselled fleurs de lys, center GOLD, enameled, medium pin on reverse and two side hooks.
